基于MVC的高校OA系统的设计与实现

随着计算机网络的飞速发展，OA系统已是高校信息化建设的重要标志。本文研究了高校信息化办公现状，针对存在的问题，设计并实现了基于B/S体系结构的协同办公系统。系统实现采用了MVC模式。经测试，系统满足设计需求，运行可靠。

本项目的完成将为博士研究生招生实现网络化，将极大方便考生的报名、交费、资料登记、准考证打印、考场编排、考试成绩查询、学生录取通知等工作；为我校博士招生工作部门的节省大量时间和精力及成本，例如招生工作中的统计考生报考情况，编准考证号、打印准考证、考场安排等工作；为促进我校数字化校园的提升，为我校211建设评估增添一份力量。     

Gender Matters in Hospitality (invited paper for ‘luminaries’ special issue of International Journal of Hospitality Management)

This article is a review paper, which examines the place of gender in hospitality research and education and discusses the significance of hospitality for women's employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. The paper’s main purpose, however, is to speculate on the future of hospitality gender research and women’s employment prospects in the industry. It suggests that, despite the emergence of gender perspectives in hospitality research and the recent rise of popular feminism in response to high-profile sexual harassment cases and a well-publicised gender pay gap, gender still does not occupy mainstream territory in the field. The paper stresses the continued missed opportunities of neglecting female talent and calls on female and male leaders to shape a gender-just future in hospitality study and practice by mentoring and holding hierarchies to account. The paper identifies AI and robotics and sexual exploitation and harassment as two areas in which hospitality gender scholars could lead scholarship and policy debates on gendered human experiences.     

A cybernetic model of work-life balance through time

Answering a call for a more fully developed concept of work-life balance (WLB), we use person-environment fit and control theories to develop a model of WLB incorporating the work, family, and personal domains. We propose a cybernetic model which recognizes that individuals have a desired balance among the three domains that serves as a standard against which they compare their perceptions of WLB at any given point in time. Our cybernetic model suggests that individuals will seek to restore balance when a negative imbalance is perceived. Further we propose that role senders and resources in the domains, as well as anticipated future WLB and retrospective perceptions of WLB also affect desired balance and actions. We discuss the implications of the proposed model for future research and practice.     

Mutual monitoring and corporate governance

Mutual monitoring in a well-structured authority system can mitigate the agency problem. I empirically examine whether the number two executive in a firm, if given authority, incentive, and channels for communication and influence, is able to monitor and constrain the potentially self-interested CEO. I find strong evidence that: (1) measures of the presence and extent of mutual monitoring from the No. 2 executive are positively related to future firm value (Tobin’s Q); (2) the beneficial effect is more pronounced for firms with stronger incentives for the No. 2 to monitor and with higher information asymmetry between the boards and the CEOs; and (3) mutual monitoring is a substitute for other governance mechanisms. The results suggest that mutual monitoring provides important checks and balances on CEO power.     

培养优秀跟单员提升外贸订单履行品质

由于合成革行业面临国内外市场需求不足,生产成本提高、环保要求高等问题,合成革外贸企业经济下行压力较大,订单量减少,国际市场份额萎缩。针对以上问题,从提高订单履行品质的角度提出了遵循帕累托法则,重视外贸跟单员培养;校企深入合作,定向培养跟单员的措施,来提升订单履行品质,增强外贸企业盈利能力。此外,跟单员应具有专业知识,熟悉产品性能和流程,高效沟通技巧和商务谈判能力,良好的职业道德。     

退休老年人身体形态与力量素质相关关系的研究

近年来老年人的身体健康现状日益成为人们关注的焦点问题之一,为了对退休老年人的身体健康状况有进一步的了解,对58-68年龄段退休老年人进行身体形态和力量素质的测试。研究发现身高与握力（r=0.659）、体重和握力（r=0.655）均有显著相关性,且呈正相关趋势,身高与体重（r=-0.243）呈负相关。因此在适度原则下,应加强以力量素质为主的体育锻炼,其对于提高身体素质,增进健康有非常重要的意义。     

外资进入和我国企业的生产率：“溢出”抑或“挤出”效应

我国改革和开放是同时推进的，引进了众多外资企业来推动我国经济发展。那么，外资企业的进入是否有助于我国内资企业的成长？本文分析我国工业企业超大样本数据，探讨外资进入的影响，研究我国内资企业的生产率能否向效率前沿收敛。结果发现，我国不同类型的内资企业均存在效率前沿的收敛趋势，内外资企业生产率差距不断缩小。外资进入对我国内资企业的短期影响主要表现为溢出效应，但是对于同行业的其他外资企业呈现挤出效应，特别是其他独资外企。我们进一步发现外资进入的长期影响是挤出效应，但是对于国有企业和民营企业的影响却不尽相同。

会计风险是会计工作的客观存在,防范会计风险是会计工作的重要任务.为防范我国高校会计风险,探讨了其产生的原因,提出了我国高校会计风险防范的对策.     

湖北省新建本科院校发展情况研究

自1999年,新建本科院校作为一个高校群体如雨后春笋般诞生,到2013年,湖北省新设置了15所本科院校.本文从院校的发展、定位、人才培养方案情况、发展战略等几个方面对湖北省新设置的15所本科院校进行了分析,对这15所学校升格后的发展情况进行了研究.
